What Carryall collects

• Your account: email address and a hashed password. Optional authenticator-app secret (encrypted) for password recovery.
• Carries you save: when you click save, the visible text of that conversation or email thread, its page address and title, and the brief made from it. Carryall never reads pages in the background or saves anything you didn't ask it to.
• Files you attach to a carry (Pro).
• Payments are handled by Whop; we store only your subscription status, never card details.

How it's used

Only to provide Carryall: storing your carries, showing them to you and to teams you share them with, and writing briefs. To write a brief or sharpen a prompt, the text is sent to OpenRouter, which passes it to the AI model provider (such as Google) to be processed on our behalf; it is not used to train models. We don't sell data, show ads, or track you across sites.

Your control

Delete any carry at any time. Export everything as JSON from the extension. Deleting your account removes your account and every carry and file you created.
